Shipping:
We charge a nominal shipping fee for all items (unless mentioned that the goods/items will be shipped free on certain occasions). The items would be dispatched within 3 business days (unless otherwise notified) depending on availability and should reach you in 3-10 business days depending on where it is to be shipped in India. If the delivery address is not easily accessible, the delivery time may be more than our stipulated time. In such case, users will be notified via phone or email id provided by them. Most of the time we will rely on our private courier labels. Booksom is not liable for any delays owing to factors beyond our control. We shall, however, ensure that your goods reach you within the estimated time frame.

Pricing and payment
All transactions accepted on this website are in Indian Rupee (INR). At the moment we only accept online payments. We hold the right to change the price of any product on the website without prior notice.
Returns, refunds, and rights of cancellation
We accept cancellation requests before your order is shipped, and a full refund will be initiated to you. In case the items have been shipped, we will not entertain cancellations. Refund will only be initiated if the product is returned in its exact condition. A refund would not be initiated for customized products. You may cancel your order (after we’ve shipped it) and claim a refund only under these circumstances-
a) If we fail to deliver your order within 40 business days after the order was placed
b) If the item turns out faulty – in this case please return the item at the earliest detection of the fault or defect (a practical time period of 36 hours after delivery). You must return the product(s) in its original packaging (please retain the packaging for this purpose).
If the order is canceled under (a) and (b), we will try to arrange for a return through our logistics providers.
